All purchases made through velleliving.com are considered final sale. We currently do not accept standard returns or product exchanges unless the item received has a confirmed defect, arrives damaged, or the wrong product was delivered.

Customers are required to inspect their package immediately upon delivery and notify us within 7 days of receiving the order.

Refund Processing

If your claim qualifies for a refund, either partial or full, the approved amount will be returned to your original payment method.

Exchange Policy

Unauthorized Returns
