Dispute Resolution Policy

Our Promise to You:

  • We will acknowledge your message within 48 hours.
  • We aim to provide a complete resolution or suggestion within 30 days.

2. Customer Escalation Rights

While we strive for a direct resolution, we respect your rights as a consumer. If we have not reached a satisfactory resolution within the 30-day informal window, you maintain the right to escalate your case through the following channels:

  • PayPal Dispute:

    If you completed your purchase via PayPal, you may utilize the PayPal Resolution Center to open a formal dispute.

  • Credit Card Chargeback:

    You have the right to contact your issuing bank to dispute a charge if you believe the services or products were not delivered as promised.

3. Governing Law

This policy and any disputes shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which FortuneVelle is registered, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

4. No Class Actions

Dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

5. Exclusions

Notwithstanding the above, both parties retain the right to:

  • Bring an individual action in small claims court.
  • Seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement of intellectual property rights.
